Great Points Ethan! I had some big takeaways that will help me right away. It is so true what you said about having simple processes in place that the masses can follow. I also resonated with the fact of looking to add leaders from the get go. If add a leader you also add all of their followers and I feel that where you really experience exponential growth.

Very true my friend. Simplicity is how you can grow a huge group! But Leadership is how you hit exponential growth because one man can only lead so many people.
