I have been a big fan of Will Smith since he was the Fresh Prince and he has developed to be one of the finest entertainers of his generation.  You can clearly see why in this video.  Great complication.

Personal I think it is very important!  People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!  So go show them!  And bring the value!
