There is nothing more important and if you use a note pad, outlook or any type of system that is the crucial key to success. gh

Totally agree! It really doesn’t matter what you use as long as you have some sort of system in place that works for you and remember to follow up! Notepads to calendar events and reminders. They all work just use a follow up system! Great feedback from a master like you George!
